SPIKE CRM is a desktop CRM for sales teams. It tracks leads and deals, supports customer discovery interviews, and sends emails that you choose from a connected mailbox. The Gmail connection requests gmail.send to send those messages. It requests openid and email to identify the connected account. It does not request permission to read, search, modify, or delete messages. CRM data is stored on your device and is not sent to SPIKE CRM servers. Optional integrations send the CRM data needed for that connection to the services or addresses you configure. Read the Privacy Policy to learn how the app handles Google account data.
